3.1.1. Payment Data: We use Moyasar Payment gateway to make the payment and collect necessary card info. All payment data is encrypted and securely stored in Moyasar for the purpose of refund, We offer several payment options, including Apple Pay, credit/debit cards.

3.1.2.1 Refunds and Cancellations: If a user requests a refund, we will process the refund within 10 business days. If a user cancels a payment before it is processed, we will not charge the user.

3.1.2.2 Technical Data includes IP

addresses used to connect your device to the internet, device name and location, operating system type,

information about mobile phone network information including mobile number,

device IDs, version, language preferences, searched information in the App, access times and dates, and other

statistics.

3.1.3. The Contact Information you

provide upon contacting us or our technical support such as email address,

phone number, or mailing address, and the information you provide us with upon

reporting a problem related to your app usage or customer or service provider.

3.1.4. Account login Data: such as

your login ID, password or other security codes.

3.1.5. Feedback, opinions,

reviews, comments, uploaded files, and information provided for us on the App.

3.1.6. Any other data that you

decide to voluntarily share with us, including but not limited to, address,

gender, country, and other similar data.

3.1.7. The data you provided to us

with by filling out the forms available on the App, or any other means.

3.2. You are obligated to

provide complete, correct and accurate information, and to maintain the confidentiality

of your account information, and to identify who can access and use your

account, otherwise, you will be liable for damages resulting from the

inaccuracy of this data and information or once changed not updated. We may

analysis, management, provision and improvement of the App.
